  • Support commercial discussions, including campaign planning and coordination of promotional activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Help prepare business reviews, analyze performance data, and proactively flag issues or improvement opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have at least done an internship in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • Experience or exposure to FMCG, Wholesale, or Retail is a plus, but not required.

  • You have a strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role.

What We Offer:

  • Responsibility and decision-making authority from your first day.
  • The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth.
  • Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • Private Health Insurance and 24 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 29 days per year).
  • 22 remote days per quarter policy, with offices in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
