What You'll Do
- Influencer Scouting: Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Agency Collaboration: Work closely with influencer marketing agencies to increase the volume of activations and explore emerging platforms and channels for brand exposure.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations for influencer collaborations, ensuring contracts align with Emma’s goals, brand messaging, and budget constraints.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee and manage over 100 monthly influencer activations
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, meaningful partnerships with key influencers and creators to foster ongoing collaborations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using metrics such as conversions, engagement, and ROI, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Budget Oversight: Plan and manage budgets effectively, ensuring that all influencer campaigns stay within financial limits while maximizing ROI.
Who We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
- Strong multitasking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume campaigns.
- Based in Gurgaon; no travel required
