onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of equipment shipments and carrier relationships as part of a dynamic logistics environment.

· Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues.

· Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base.

· Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)

· Coordinate ad hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments.

· Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.

· Identify and implement process improvements.

Data Analytics utilization to drive efficienciesResponsibilities Qualifications

Requirements:

· Excel and Microsoft Office skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field

· Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.

· SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus

· Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus
