We are looking for a JUNIOR FINANCE ANALYST. Based in Nogales-México, the candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes within the organization. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, month end closing and assisting forecasting and budgeting activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Assisting the plant controller on the monthly preparation and review of financial statements
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for their analysis.
  • Coordinate monthly WIP inventory.
  • Intercompany reconciliation process and reporting.
  • Support the company's accounting closing processes by making the respective adjustments and correct review of their assigned procedures.
  • Support cost accounting annual roll up.
  • Analyzing current and past financial data.
  • Maintain external and internal audit control procedures.
  • Interaction with factory functions for finance and controlling tasks and initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN SIGMA and SIGMA SOS systems as well as the principles of MEA (Manufacturing Excellence), monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the Company, to align all activities conducted with its Organizational Culture.
