- The Jr. Engineer, Process Automation will play a key role in driving process innovation through engineering automation solutions. You will develop and implement systems that enable automated data collection, process control monitoring, and real-time data availability, helping improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
- Provide technical support for automation-related requirements in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that support manufacturing and business processes.
- Deliver line analytics and develop Spotfire dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Enable seamless integration of paperless systems across multiple applications and platforms.
- Support large-scale automation and digitalization projects through project monitoring, stakeholder communication, and technical implementation.
- Evaluate automation project requests, assess business impact, and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and reliability through effective process monitoring and system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related Engineering field.
- At least 2 years of experience in system integration, automation, or web development.
- Experience with paperless systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration is an advantage.
- Understanding of semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software development and system integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
- Experience in Spotfire dashboard development and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of MES integration and SECS/GEM communication protocols.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and real-time data monitoring systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project management and time management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
