Jr Data Analyst

OVERVIEW: 

This position is responsible for supporting an AV Operations team with ongoing data collection, management, and reporting. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data. This role involves collaborating with various team members, departments, and stakeholders to meet data management and reporting needs. The analyst will also provide support and guidance on data-related matters to other Managed Services teams and employees.  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current Scope of Work and internal policies.
• Work with team and internal stakeholders in order to understand the requirements for analysis and reporting to deliver accurate results and information.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current services and scopes.
• Follow up with team members to communicate expectations of project/service requests.
• Maintains data workflow procedures and creates new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Design and Deploy new tracking process as needed.
• Develop training materials (documents, presentations, and videos) and conduct training sessions as needed on new processes and procedures. 
• Maintain data dashboards and reports.
• Experienced with data entry updates and formulas for calculation on service deliverables. 
• Attends weekly cross functional partner meetings, and provides service information regarding action items to key stakeholders.
• Learns the roles and responsibilities of other team members to provide support and efficient working relationships.
• Assist with asset management platform management and inventory tracking analytics.
• Assist with documentation, training, and the onboarding of new team members.

KEY SKILLS:

• Previous experience developing data collect, management, and reporting processes.
• Basic understanding on API Data connections. 
• Experience and Skilled in data management tools and systems:
• Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets 
• Google Data Studio
• Looker Studio
• Tableau
• SQL 
• Ability to learn new systems and leverage capabilities to enhance reporting.
• Project Management Experience preferably in a technical field (AV/VC, Networking, Infrastructure, etc.)
• Excels when working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and highly motivated to provide a positive user experience
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
• Able and confident to make decisions and be accountable for project deliverables.
• Self-motivated and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced work environment
