Target Range:
$25.00/Hr. - $30.00/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The Junior Data Analyst (JDA) helps the Credit department with data and automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Performing data mining and delivering business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel
- Analyzing business functions and processes, document findings, and recommending operational improvements
- Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management
- Utilize the Bank’s systems to create reports to manage the assets that require special attention and monitoring.
- Help with data architecture management, system-to-system management, data integration, data investigation and data integrity initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years' experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel
Preferred:
- Banking or financial services experience
