We are seeking a highly motivated Junior CRM Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce to support the effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of our customer relationship management systems. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day CRM operations while contributing to broader process improvements across the business.
As a key member of our Customer Experience and Sales Operations teams, you will assist with system configuration, data quality, reporting, workflow automation, and user support to ensure our teams are using Salesforce efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administration of Salesforce, including user management, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity by conducting routine audits, data cleanup, and duplicate management.
- Assist in building and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when needed, and support end-users with training and guidance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Leadership teams to understand business needs and implement system enhancements.
- Assist in documenting processes, system configurations, and best practices.
- Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other tools (marketing automation, ticketing systems, etc.).
- Participate in testing and deployment of new features, releases, and updates.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of CRM experience with a strong focus on Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Admin certification (ADM-201) preferred or actively in progress.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, flows, and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of data management, reporting, and CRM best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and expand technical expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or integrated SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of sales and customer success processes.
- Familiarity with APIs, data imports, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Experience supporting training or onboarding for CRM users.
