What You Will Get To Do:
- Contract Lifecycle Operations: Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Contract Analysis: Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally.
- Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients. After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows.
- Document & Template Management: Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
- Administrative Support: Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
- Collaboration & Training: Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.
Technical Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.
