The Jr. Characterization Engineer will support NPI product characterization, develop automation solutions, and enhance test methods while gaining experience in relevant technologies.

1 Planning and execution of assigned NPI products (45%)- Support the team in planning and reviewing characterization plans, schedules, and hardware requirements.

- Actively build skills and knowledge in relevant areas—like new test equipment, electronics, signal integrity, automation/programming, standards, packaging, connections, company processes, tools, etc.
