Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Jr. Business Analyst to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation. The ideal candidate will have a functional understanding of payment journal generation processes for vendors and customers, as well as basic General Ledger capabilities, including the import and export of cashflow transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the integration between Kyriba and the D365FO solution, understanding customer business needs and challenges related to managing payments and integrations.

• Collaborate with external partners to define requirements, troubleshoot, and resolve customer functional issues aligned with Kyriba objectives.

• Provide guidance and training to Kyriba sales and support teams, and develop training sessions for end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities.

• Offer expertise in the Dynamics 365 Finance module, focusing on payment journal generation for vendors and customers; support basic General Ledger operations and manage cashflow transaction imports and exports.

• Gather requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop plans to achieve objectives.

• Develop and execute test plans for system quality assurance, conducting system and regression tests to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides while analyzing system performance to recommend enhancements.

• Make timely decisions, contribute innovative ideas for process or product improvements, and use issue tracking systems to communicate work.

• Apply developer capabilities to build, package, and deliver third-party integration solutions, understanding D365 software development lifecycle and architecture, with knowledge in Azure development as a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

• Strong understanding of payment journal processes and basic General Ledger capabilities.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Developer capabilities and knowledge of D365 development lifecycle and architecture.

• Knowledge in others ERPs like Business Central is a plus

• Knowledge in Azure development is a plus.
