Jr. Business Process Analyst (Supply Chain)

Summary: Join Envipco as a Junior Business Process Analyst (Supply Chain) and help optimize business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate with supply chain and business teams, support ERP operations, and contribute to process improvement projects in an international environment. Perfect for candidates with experience in Supply Chain, ERP systems, or Dynamics 365 who want to grow into a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant role.

Main Tasks:

• First point of contact for local colleagues for Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues

• Supporting the definition, setup, and support of company-wide business processes

• Responsible for 1st line support activities, controls, and reporting needs with external GMS partners

• Process modelling and optimization based on Microsoft Dynamics systems and modules

• Support business, legal, and functional reports, views, and dashboard requirements

• Providing end-user support and training for processes and procedures

• Managing business continuity activities, including needs analysis, implementation, and documentation

• Creating functional designs and supporting key-user organization in mapping and owning processes (incl. Value Stream Mapping)

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN)

• Proactively engaging with Business Process Owners

• Collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project/solution delivery

• Ensuring delivery of accurate, relevant, and well-documented information

• Reporting to the IT Manager Europe and collaborating with the IT team in the USA, with shared responsibilities across the BPA team

• 1-2 years+ working experience in Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (must have)

• 1-2 years+ knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM and ERP business processes in a manufacturing / production environment.

• 1-2 project implementation experience (end-to-end)

• Proved track record and excellent ability to translate user requirements into solid and sustainable business processes and procedures.

• Working experience with detailed project and process realizations (1 year +).

• Fluent in English (company standard language), Romanian and/or German language is plus.

• International end-user support capability and in professional experience

• Worked in a fast-paced, growing, global company and excellent experience working with mixed nationalities and cultures.

• Customer-oriented, pro-active and willing to take responsibility.

• Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills

• EU driving license holder (able to travel across Europe)

• Able and willing to travel occasionally to any Envipco location for a few days (up to max. 2 weeks).

• Able and willing to work outside the traditional standard office hours of the related countries, due to high degree of teamwork integration with other countries in Europe and USA located colleagues.

• Basic knowledge of or experience with Prince2, Agile/Scrum and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

• Microsoft Certifications MB300, MB310 or MB330 are plus.
