This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Jr Business Analyst will play a key role in managing data sets, supporting ad-hoc requests, and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely insights across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to data integrity, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business information. The ideal candidate is curious, communicative, and comfortable resolving data issues while collaborating with stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn tools like SAP, IBP, or SQL are essential. This is a foundational role for someone passionate about turning data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to develop clear, insightful dashboards and BI reports
• Support Business Intelligence head to a data-driven approach to raise business IQ & accelerate effective decision making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support key metrics and conduct internal and external benchmarking
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, solve business challenges, and provide actionable recommendations
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, anticipate data needs, and help resolve data integrity issues
• Contribute independently and as part of a team with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role
• Strong analytical mindset with basic understanding of financial data
• Experience in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Effective communicator with experience working cross-functionally
