About the Role
The person in this role will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic development of the brands in charge, successfully identifying opportunities in a timely manner, in order to achieve the volume (S&OP), profitability, and SOM objectives established for the category across the entire region.
What You Will Do
- Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing.
- Develop and coordinate BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities.
- Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities.
- Contributes to the Global Brand Development work related to the assigned brand/s, product category or channel.
- Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues.
- Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights and consider them in the definition of the go to market strategy.
- Lead, direct and develop a team (including personal feedback & development).
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience working in similar positions within FMCG industries.
- Experience working with tools such as: Nielsen / Scan Data & Consumer Understanding.
- At least 3 years of experience leading Marketing teams.
- Advanced level of proficiency in English.
