THE·TEAM New York office seeks a sharp, ambitious mixed-technology Jr Art Director to guide and create creative assets for a big spirit brand. You communicate with images and have strong conceptual chops, too. You have the vision to create big-picture plans and the design chops to execute them flawlessly. You are interested in the AR/VR world design, art and fashion. You’re ready to take charge and become part of a growing tech-focused creative team. You are familiar with the production process, and the prep and post that goes into that. You communicate with ease, both to Sr. Creatives, cross-department team leads, and with peers to work collaboratively. And you are obsessive about the details and best practices across platforms. The role will mainly be focused on developing a variety of evergreen and campaign content ideas for the brand’s social & digital channels and beyond, from the concepting phase to the executional phase.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your day-to-day work will include leading conceptual and visual development for innovative social content, working with a Designer, Copywriter, Creative Technologist and/or Content Creator to create multiple assets, and ensuring all work upholds brand guidelines. You know how to follow brand guidelines and also push outside of the box when called for.  As a social native, you instinctively know the kinds of ideas that will fly in-feed and have a knack for expressing them in ways that clients love – both in decks and in meetings. You know how to think small and nimble, as well as big and bold, and you’re equally happy doing both. You’re comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, across multiple projects, chipping in wherever needed. No ask is too small or too big for you.
