We are seeking a AI Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in the design and develop a cognitive data solution. The broader vision is to develop an AI-based platform that will crawl through unstructured data sources and extract meaningful information. The ideal candidate will possess full-stack development skills along with a strong understanding of database structures, SQL queries, ETL tools and Azure data technologies.
Core Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents using various frameworks and tools.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models to enhance payment and CX product offerings.
Test agent interactions, document behaviors, and help improve reliability and performance.
Assist with agent integration, system testing, and deployment.
Develop and deploy AI models (including deep learning models) using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML/DL frameworks.
Design and maintain the full AI data pipeline, including data crawling, ETL, and building fact tables.
Apply statistical and programming expertise (NumPy, Pandas, etc.) for data analysis and modeling.
Optimize AI models for on-premise infrastructure with a focus on performance and security compliance.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and contribute to continuous improvements.
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to documentation and process standardization.
Contribute to the broader AI agent ecosystem and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Experience Strong Python programming skills and experience with full-stack development.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
3-4 years of experience in an AI engineer role.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including NLP, ML algorithms, deep learning, image/speech recognition.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Spark, Synapse/SQL DW, and Data Lake Storage.
Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, data exchange mechanisms, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
Ability to write clear and thorough documentation.
Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and open-source collaboration. Nice to Have Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Gen AI, Agentic, Multi Agent etc.)
Basic DevOps knowledge and experience in scalable deployments.
Experience with API development and RESTful services.
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Prior contributions to open-source AI projects or communities.
