Jr. Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Filing 
• Provide general administrative assistance to the A/R Team 
• Email follow up to customers for invoice payments 
• Prepare Shipment Release Approvals 
• Research Company Financials 
• Apply Payments in Internal Billing System
• Prepare Pro-Forma and specialized invoices 
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma in accounting/business administrative program
• Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with AS400 would be an asset but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
