Pay Rate: $52.99 CAD (Overtime and Holidays are paid at 2x regular hourly rate for hours worked)

Where will you work: Onsite – K3, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

About the role

To safely and efficiently perform the duties of the Warehouse in an assigned area on an assigned shift.

What you’ll do?

  • Ability to show initiative, communicate well and strive towards customer service excellence.

  • Demonstrate strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Knowledge of Maximo (including mobility handhelds), Outlook, MS Word, SAP, OIS and Internet.

  • Receiving, handling, binning and storage of material.

  • Administer process for repairable spares and assist with processing expedite reports.

  • Safely and proficiently operate all equipment, including loading and unloading trucks.

  • Pick/process orders, material shipping, transportation and waybill procedures.

  • Process packing slips, claims procedure and dealing with suppliers.

  • Notify internal and external customers of pertinent information that they may require pertaining to orders and parts. Order materials as required.

  • Accurately enter information into Maximo and file information accordingly.

  • Understand and train on the MSDS process.

  • Multi-task and prioritize in a high paced environment.

  • Process and follow procedures under the procurement policies.

  • Perform inventory cycle counts and audits as required.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and issue parts through the system and the user.

  • General area housekeeping.

  • Work with accounting requests as required.

  • Handle obsolescent stock, identify stock and process new item setups as required.

  • Assist in the kitting process as required.

  • Process reagents according to procedures.

  • Process repair and return items according to implements processes.

  • Process new material to inventory.

  • Have the ability to work in an underground environment as required.

  • Material delivery and pickups as required.

  • Diligently adhere to all relevant legal environmental requirements.

  • Diligently ensure that all relevant OH&S requirements and in-house safety regulations are complied with.

What you’ll need:

  • Journeyperson certification (Red Seal Parts Person).

  • Ability to train on Inventory Control

  • Ability to work in all areas

  • Take a leadership role on their respective crews

  • Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
