About the Position

Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified JETT Program Analyst to support strategic communications and engagement efforts. In this role, you will embedded operational support to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE), in support of the Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT). This position supports the implementation, sustainment, and operational use of JETT; facilitates stakeholder engagement; supports data management and digital transformation efforts; and assists OCE leadership in executing mission-critical coordination, analytics, and process improvement activities, under Government direction.

This position is based onsite in Edgewood, MD and is contingent upon contract award. Top Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and operational sustainment of the Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT), ensuring system functionality and assisting with user engagement efforts.
  • Contribute technical expertise to collaboration activities with industry and assist with enterprise-wide acquisition and development initiatives under Government direction.
  • Support the organization and management of stakeholder forums, including industry engagement activities (e.g., industry days), and assist in the vetting and distribution of JETT-related data under Government direction.
  • Support the facilitation of the Technology Council by assisting with agenda development, conducting background research, preparing talking points, documenting meeting outcomes, and implementing approved updates into OCE processes and JPEO-CBRND programs.
Qualifications 
  • 10 years of experience in conducting Industry Outreach, Commercial marketing, and/or Data Management
  • Experience providing guidance and recommendations on industry engagements to understand what commercial solutions can be aligned to CBRND gaps.
  • Extensive experience managing and modernizing a digital engagement tool to monitor new technologies, changes in the commercial technical landscape, and support strategic communications between the Government, Industry and Academia.
  • Extensive background in the chemical and biological defense program with past experience in CBRN strategy, operations planning and leadership is required.
  • Must have a wide range of government and commercial DoD experience including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, science or business
  • Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications 
  • 11+ years of experience conducting Industry Outreach, Commercial marketing, and/or data management
  • Master’s degree or additional qualifications in engineering, operations research, science, or business
