BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks of SW Architect
- Design Software Architecture
- Derive architectural drivers and refine quality goals, identify technical and project constraints, develop software requirements
- Define software architecture that fulfils the software requirements
- Make architectural decisions, document and communicate architecture
- Evaluate and verify architecture
- Support development team with expertise, overview (requirement development, detailed design, implementation, integration and software test)
- Support Project, Change and Configuration Management
- Estimate cost of technical solution
- Identify & manage technical debts
- Support the definition, implementation and evaluation of business strategy (including, but not limited to. re-use, 3rd party handling, license, make or buy decisions)
- Identify, analyse interdisciplinary problems on system level
- Support software processes development, and tailoring for project needs
- Create and improve guidelines (design principles, patterns, coding/modelling guideline def.)
- Influences or defines software development methods and tools
Qualifications
Mandatory
- Bachelor/Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science
- At least 6 years of experience in embedded software development
- Good understanding of microcontroller & embedded system
- Strong in C/C++ programming language
- Hands-on experience in Software Detailed Design and Software Architecture Design
- Hands-on experience in UML
- Good hold on reading schematics and data sheets for components
- Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills and English both in oral and written
Preferable
- Experience in automotive domain
- Experience in AUTOSAR
- Experience in CAN communication protocol
- Knowledge on ASPICE, functional safety (ISO26262)
- Knowledge on DevOps, CI & CD
