We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Kaua'i, O'ahu, Maui and Hawai'i island. We also offer restoration services for various issues, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation on Oahu. Part-time Custodial Night Porter - Compensation:  $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Full-time: Custodian, Floater, or Mobile Workforce Technician 1 - Compensation:  $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Full-time: Custodian (Graveyard shift) - Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Full-time: Custodian (Lead, Supervisor, Mobile Workforce Technician II, or Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist) -  Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Full-time: Pool Attendant: Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Full-time: Landscaper/Maintenance Helper - Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Full-time: Maintenance Apprentice - Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Full-time: Maintenance Technician - Compensation: $24.50 per hour

Full-time: Maintenance Floater - Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
