WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):
Lead and manage the successful design, construction, and completion of energy storage (BESS) projects
Oversee engineering and design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring collaboration and trust
Drive upfront planning and ensure adherence to design and construction schedules
Manage all financial aspects of the project and coordinate with Project Controls
Administer contract agreements between the customer and EPC
Coordinate equipment selection and procurement with Engineering and Supply Chain teams
Lead project closeout processes and collaborate with business development and pre-construction teams
Potentially manage multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
2+ years of project management experience
Experience in energy storage projects, with a focus on battery storage
Utility-scale BESS experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite; Primavera P6 and MS Project experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
Must pass a physical exam if required.
Able to:
Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
WORK LOCATION:
Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.
MOBILITY BARRIERS:

PAY EQUITY STATEMENT:
$170,000 - $190,000

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
