Hilco Global Cyber Advisors will focus on three core business lines, each of which is complementary to one another and services the various needs of Middle Market businesses.
Direct to Business Hilco Global’s Direct to Business service will engage directly with Middle Market to consult on issues centered around strategic planning and assessment expertise
M&A Cyber Due Diligence
As cyber threats continue to grow for Middle Market Businesses, Private Equity funds and other businesses evaluating investment opportunities will require an understanding of their cyber posture as a consideration of their investment analysis
Board & Market Access
Advise boards and businesses both on an increasing number cyber-focused regulatory demands as well as geopolitical factors to consider when entering new markets
In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the base salary range for these roles is between $95,000 and $225,000. This range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description. If a candidate's experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.
