Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute client campaigns and projects.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, client interactions, and revenue growth.
• Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
