Quality On-the-Job Training Program - 8 Months
What you need to know about this role
This eight-month on-the-job training opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Quality within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
During the program, the trainee will gain practical experience in quality assurance and food safety processes within a manufacturing environment. The trainee will support the Quality team with routine inspections, documentation, data collection, and compliance activities while learning about the company's quality standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities
Support routine quality and food safety checks across the manufacturing process.
Assist with inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Help maintain quality records, reports, and relevant documentation.
Support the investigation and documentation of quality issues and non-conformities.
Assist with internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Participate in quality improvement and food safety initiatives.
Follow all quality, food safety, health, and safety procedures.
Work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and other relevant teams.

Education and certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with limited relevant work experience.
- Food safety or quality certifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000 awareness, would be an advantage but are not mandatory.

- Basic understanding of quality assurance and food safety principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work within a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Availability to complete the full eight-month training program.
