Job Overview:
Future Infrastructure, a Primoris Services Corporation company, is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure construction services supporting some of the nation's largest communications providers.
We are seeking a detail oriented Job Setup Administrator to support our telecommunications construction operations. This role is responsible for the setup and maintenance of projects and contracts within Viewpoint, ensuring customer work orders, contract requirements, billing rates, and project structures are accurately established to support operations, billing, financial reporting, and project controls.
The position serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, Division Leaders, Construction Supervisors, Finance, Billing, and Project Controls teams to ensure project data remains accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and update project records within Viewpoint Job Master and Contract Master.
• Review customer work orders, purchase orders, contracts, and amendments to establish projects accurately and timely.
• Set up and maintain project phase codes, work breakdown structures (WBS), contract values, billing rates, and reporting attributes.
• Ensure project and contract setup complies with customer requirements, company standards, and contractual terms.
• Update project structures, billing rates, and contract information as scope changes or additional work authorizations are received.
• Maintain supporting documentation and tracking logs for project and contract activity.
• Partner with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, Billing, and Project Controls personnel to resolve setup issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Support invoicing and revenue recognition processes by maintaining accurate project and contract data.
• Perform quality reviews and periodic audits of project, contract, phase code, and billing rate information.
• Generate reports and provide data support for management reporting, audits, and operational reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve project setup processes, data quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Viewpoint ERP or similar construction accounting/project management systems.
• Understanding of project coding structures, phase codes, contract administration, and billing rate maintenance.
• Experience supporting telecommunications, construction, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Master Service Agreements (MSAs), work orders, and unit-based billing environments.
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project administration, project controls, contract administration, accounting support, or a related role preferred.
• Experience maintaining project and contract master data within an ERP system preferred.
