Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Angular, PostgreSQL, Unit testing frameworks like Pytest & Jest, and AWS/any cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of extensive experience in building and overseeing technical teams, demonstrating expertise in agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices using cloud-based Microservices architecture on AWS.
AI is integrated into our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. Familiarity with AI tools, AI-assisted coding, or AI integration into applications will be considered a strong plus. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions within budget constraints.
Responsibilities
● Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications using Python for backend and Angular for frontend, achieving the acceptance criteria and setting Service Level Objectives.
● AWS Cloud Expertise: Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient solutions using AWS cloud services.
● CI/CD Practices: Implement and optimise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes on AWS.
● AI in SDLC: Leverage AI-powered tools and practices in coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring to improve software quality and efficiency.
● Secure Software Implementation: Integrate security best practices into the SDLC, including vulnerability management and secure coding.
● Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address technical challenges with innovative solutions.

Desired Skills
● Expertise in full-stack development with CI/CD in cloud-based microservices on AWS.
● Proven programming ability in Python, PHP, Angular, HTML, jQuery, and strong database knowledge.
● Hands-on experience with AWS services (API Gateway, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
● Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and/or AI integration in applications is a plus.
● Responsive design experience using CSS and API development.
● Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines.
● Working knowledge of Docker and Linux (Ubuntu).
● Familiarity with automated/unit testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest, etc.).
● Agile development experience, delivering quality work every sprint.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
● Ability to understand business requirements and deliver well-designed, functional components.
Qualifications required:
● B.E/B.Tech(CSE) / M.E/M.Tech(CSE) / MCA - Computer Science / Information Technology.
