On our team of experienced professionals, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We’re looking for a Jira Administrator to help manage the Atlassian Jira platform, focus on configuration, user management, and system customization to meet business needs. This role is responsible for controlling workflows, screens, fields, and apps, and holding higher permissions than project administrators.

  • Standardize Jira usage across teams by establishing best practices for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting structures

  • Partner with program leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into technical Jira solutions

  • Support Agile delivery by configuring Jira to enable Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks

  • Continuously assess and improve Jira configurations to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with security and governance requirements

  • Provide technical guidance and support to users, troubleshooting issues and driving adoption of Jira best practices
