Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain JIRA, including project configurations, workflows, and user permissions.
  • Provide support and training to teams on JIRA best practices and effective usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to optimize JIRA workflows.
  • Develop and manage JIRA dashboards, filters, and reports for effective project tracking and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA functionality and user access.
  • Stay informed about the latest JIRA features, plugins, and industry best practices.
  • Document processes and provide training materials to enhance user adoption and understanding.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience in configuring JIRA projects, workflows, and custom fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot JIRA-related issues efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
