As we are gearing up to onboard our first clients, we are scaling our team and are looking for a
Jira Administrator ready to take ownership of our Atlassian ecosystem and support our growing operational needs.

The Role:

As a Jira Administrator with System Administration responsibilities at Reluna, you will work closely with IT leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of our Atlassian platforms and broader IT infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage and optimize Jira, Jira Service Management, Crowd, and Confluence to support our team’s operations and growth.

In this role, you will:

Jira Administration:

• Manage and administer Jira Software (Cloud and Data Center), Jira Service Management, and Crowd, including installation, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and notification schemes to meet team requirements.
• Implement and manage plugins such as ScriptRunner, creating custom scripts in Groovy to automate tasks and enhance functionality.
• Integrate Jira with external systems and manage APIs.
• Troubleshoot automation rules, oversee add-on updates, and manage licenses.
• Provide support for Confluence administration and ensure seamless integration with other Atlassian tools.

System Administration:

• Manage MDM systems for Windows and macOS devices, including MS Intune.
• Oversee ITSM for equipment inventory and manage the deployment/decommissioning of hardware.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Business and MS Entra/Azure AD, including security policies, SSO, and application connectors.
• Manage corporate networks, including VLAN, DHCP, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Monitor and maintain secure access to systems and tools, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Documentation and Support:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Jira workflows, system configurations, and IT processes.
• Create user guides and provide training sessions for employees to maximize their use of Jira and IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between Jira setups and organizational needs.

What You Bring:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 3-5 years as a Jira Administrator with additional experience as a System Administrator.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Jira Software (Cloud and Data Center) and related tools like Confluence.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with Atlassian API integrations.
• Experience with MDM systems (e.g., MS Intune) and ITSM platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Expertise in managing corporate networks and security tools.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points for:

• Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in Atlassian ecosystem management.
• Knowledge of network architecture documentation tools.
• Passion for creating efficient and user-friendly systems.
