About the Role
As a Brand Manager in Jewellery, you’ll oversee the sales, service, and operational performance of your brand, ensuring it meets its KPIs and reflects the highest standards of luxury retail. You’ll manage and inspire your team to act as true brand ambassadors, delivering world-class service while maintaining outstanding product presentation and operational excellence. Working closely with buyers, department managers, and external brand partners, you’ll also play a key role in shaping product assortment and driving commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional sales and service, role-modelling brand behaviours at all times
- Creating and delivering monthly sales action plans to drive performance and achieve targets
- Analysing sales performance and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with department managers and buyers
- Overseeing operational standards, including rota management, stock control, PI counts, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Building strong client and brand relationships, coaching your team in clientelling, and supporting brand events and initiatives
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
You will be a confident and commercially astute leader with proven experience managing in a luxury retail environment. You’ll balance strong sales focus with people leadership, coaching your team to reach their potential while ensuring your brand’s success on the shop floor. Resilient, collaborative, and customer-focused, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard.
You will bring:
- Previous management experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, watches, or premium accessories
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive commercial decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others
