Job Description

• Operate filling machines to produce finished goods jerrycans according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machines, prepare stock raw material and supporting material, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Lead all helpers to work as per planning to achieve production targets.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of filling machine equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Record production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.

• At least 2 years of working experience as a filling machine operator.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong experience in process automation systems.

• In-depth knowledge of filling machine operation, maintenance, and safety regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining filling machines.

• Strong experience in process automation and robotic systems.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and facilitate effective collaboration among team members and with other departments.

• Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures to improve production efficiency.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Possess a strong foundation of knowledge regarding filling machine operation.
