Skills Required
- Partner with leadership to improve team effectiveness, structure, processes, morale and retention.
- Review and analyze people-related data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and retention.
- Interpret and present HR data and analytics to provide meaningful business insights.

- Design and manage execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
