Title: ERP Software Engineer
Location: Fontana, CA / City of Industry, CA
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000
JDL is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled ERP Software Engineer to enhance and optimize our enterprise systems. This role is critical in improving our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and overall ERP infrastructure to drive efficiency across our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:Software Development & ERP Enhancement
Develop business use cases and software requirements to improve our ERP system.
Build and maintain backend systems using Spring Boot and Java to support ERP functions.
Implement Redis for optimized data caching and system performance.
Ensure seamless system integration with our WMS and OMS.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Generate BI reports to provide insights into warehouse and order management operations.
Work with structured data from relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support reporting needs.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and operations, to align ERP functionality with business goals.
Write comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system understanding.
1+ years of web application development experience with a focus on Spring Boot.
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
Familiarity with API and microservices development.
Understanding of supply chain best practices in both B2B and B2C environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.).
Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with React.js for front-end development.
Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
