In this role, you will be a crucial part of our JDE application team, delivering second-level support in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a variety of professionals, from finance managers to on-site staff, supporting over 3,000 users. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient use of our ERP systems through best practices and proactive problem-solving. This is a full time, fixed-term role until end of November 2026.
As a JDE System Analyst, you will:
Provide second-level support and resolve functional issues.
Support and enhance JDE system.
Manage support queues and provide timely assistance to end users.
Collaborate with business users and other application teams to ensure optimal system use.
Maintain relevant documentation.
Conduct user audit reporting.
Train and assist end users, enhancing their understanding and usage of the JDE system.

We’re looking for someone with:
A relevant Tertiary qualification in business, information systems/technology, or relevant industry experience.
4-6 years hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP systems, particularly in second-level support roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with support SLA’s, issue/defect tracking, and call ticketing systems.
