Position Summary

The JDE E1 Analyst is responsible for providing tier 2 / 3 user support and development of systems, processes, and technologies for our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 system for the Pulsafeeder business units, as well as documenting, creating, troubleshooting, and improving related business critical SAP Business Objects and Microsoft Power BI dashboards. The qualified individual will partner with the business to design, develop, and implement processes, workflows, forms, code, reports, and dashboards to drive meaningful results. This position is critical to the business by providing our users application and technical assistance in their daily activities as they interact with the JDE ERP, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI systems.

Essential Functions

• Provides tier 2 & 3 support for JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 (technical & functional)

• Identify, document, and redesign business processes across teams and solutions

• Gathering user requirements and configuring the system for new functionality

• Responsible for repair / sustainment of existing business-critical dashboards

• Responsible for creation / implementation of business analytic dashboards

• Responsible for Ad-hoc analyses/requests as determined by senior leadership

• Documentation of changes to programs, processes, and reports

• Prioritizing tickets, tasks, and development for the IT team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

EDUCATION

• B.S. degree in computer science

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience with JDE (specifically EnterpriseOne 9.2), minimum of 7 years

• Strong JDE system and application understanding at the functional and technical levels

• Strong MSSQL experience, building queries, writing stored procedures, managing table structures and relationships

• Functional JDE EnterpriseOne experience with Financials, Sales Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, CRM, and EDI

• Experience developing and maintaining JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications utilizing OMW, ERW, FDA, RDA, DD, UDC, and NER required

• Additional functional experience in SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power Bi

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $86,000.00 - $129,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
