Job Description:

Work as a part of a high performing team delivering modern user interfaces and tools to assist mainframe database users. Key skills we're looking for in priority order are as follows.

- Java / Spring: strong programming skills

- General Mainframe skills

- Db2

- Familiarity with Agile techniques and use to working on a high performing Agile team

- Experienced with DevOps best practices and tooling.

- IDMS or Datacom

We are looking for a candidate with the above skills, at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, and who has at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering degree. The candidate must be able to:

- apply in-depth job knowledge to a wide range of multiple or complex tasks

- work on problems of diverse scope and solve them independently

- demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and solving problems

- work well as a part of a larger team and be able to plan and execute activities in a team environment

- work independently and collaboratively as well

- communicate with excellence to peers, management, and with customers.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,000 - $146,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
