Primary Responsibilities :
-Writes and maintains source code
-Creates, maintains software applications and applies frameworks involved in a software release
-Duties include computer programming, documenting, managing configuration, testing, bug fixing
-Expertise in Java, JavaScript programming languages is required
-Develops, modifies computer applications software or specialized utility programs
-Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions
-Develops products, solutions, processes using basic principles, theories, concepts
-Applies computer science principles, engineering techniques, mathematical analysis
-Applies concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
-Performs work that requires practical experience and training
-Work is performed under supervision
Basic Qualifications:
-Typically requires BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline
-Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
-Ability to work well within a small team environment
-Strong communication skills
-US Citizenship
-DOD Secret Clearance is required.

-Experience with software product development
-Agile Experience
-Software development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence
-Languages/frameworks: Java, JavaScript, Python, React
-Source control tools: Git

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
