We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in building modern, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, extensive development experience using Java, Groovy, and front-end technologies, and the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle. Experience in the Healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop seamless, interactive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs into well-crafted UI components.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services and APIs in collaboration with development teams.
  • Ensure consistency in UI/UX design patterns, following best practices and design guidelines.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution architecture planning.
  • Optimize the user interface for performance and scalability, ensuring an intuitive and responsive experience across devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks (React, Angular, or Ruby on Rails).
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design and accessibility standards.
  • Experience in creating responsive and adaptive UI designs for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development processes.
    Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to create clean and reusable code while focusing on user experience.
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Jaspersoft Studio).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.
  • Experience with backend technologies or understanding of full-stack development.
  • Knowledge of design systems and their implementation in real-world projects.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a significant advantage.
