Role: Java Front-End Developer (React/Gatsby/GraphQL)

Location: Canada (Remote- Local to Canada Only)
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with strong experience in Java-based web applications and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React, Gatsby, GraphQL, and Contentful CMS to deliver dynamic, fast, and responsive user interfaces for our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end components using React and Gatsby
- Build efficient and scalable web pages integrated with GraphQL APIs
- Work with Contentful CMS to manage and structure content
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other team members
- Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React and Gatsby.js
- Proficient in GraphQL for data querying and integration
- Experience working with Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web performance optimization
- Version control using Git
