Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop your current story.
- Develop unit tests for your current story.
- Write well designed, readable, and testable code.
- Deploy your stories in production by preparing documents and participating in the Change Advisory Board.
- Plan your tasks and present them to the team in daily stand-up.
- Participate in planning sessions in which we will take up stories that we will be doing in the sprint.
- Refine your story to more manageable chunks that can be worked on in a sprint.
- Offer your suggestions on what could we do well by participating in the retrospective.
- Review codes of colleagues.
- Offering your help to any colleagues needing it.
- Participate in development brainstorming sessions.
- Participate in chapter/area/tribe related activities such as Chapter Time, Area Meetup, Pulse checks.
- Support our application by answering queries in our shared mailbox, communicating with our consumers via messaging platforms.

- Java Core Knowledge
