Java Developer

• Core Java: Proficiency in Java 8+ features (e.g., streams, lambdas, concurrency, and functional programming)
• Experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Batch, Data) and Hibernate/JPA for enterprise-level application development
• Understanding of threading, synchronization, and concurrent programming
• Experience with messaging platforms
• Development and consumption of RESTful APIs, along with experience in API security, versioning, and documentation
• Advanced Oracle SQL: Ability to write efficient queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Experience in query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plans, and troubleshooting database performance issues
• Experience in creating complex stored procedures, packages, and exception handling
• Handling large datasets with tools like SQL Loader or external table interfaces
• Experience with Maven/Gradle Tools for build automation
• Experience with Git and branching strategies in collaborative environments
• Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline for code deployment
• Use of tools for logging and performance monitoring
• Proficiency with Git and version control
• Strong communication /articulation skill with fluent English

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications to support
• Integrate systems with market data providers and other internal/external systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Implement performance tuning techniques to ensure high database efficiency
• Coordinate with DBAs for schema design, data migration, and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain robust batch jobs to handle large-scale data processing
• Optimize batch workflows for performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure robust testing and delivery
• Ensure effective logging and monitoring mechanisms for proactive issue identification
• Maintain technical documentation for code, systems, and integrations
