Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and efficient backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Develop scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement bug fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17+).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Understanding Maven or Gradle.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Secondary Skills (Pref)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience working in high-volume, distributed environments

Skills Required
- B.Tech, M.Tech, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–13 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java 8, 11, or 17+
