About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Java Developers with strong expertise in IBM WebSphere and Web Services to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications using IBM WebSphere.
- Build and integrate SOAP/RESTful Web Services for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server.
- Hands-on experience with Web Services (SOAP & REST).
- Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SQL/PL-SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of professional Java development experience

- Hands-on experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST)
- Proficiency with Spring framework
