Job Description
Responsabilties:
Integrated into the TMA team, under the direct responsibility of the Application Manager, the Designer-Developer is involved in all maintenance activities.
Activities undertaken:
• Corrective and preventive operational maintenance (MCO).
• Evolutionary maintenance.
• Special services.
• Support.
• Projects: Shell scripts and Java developments.
• Develop specifications and estimates for maintenance requests.
• Conduct integration and functional validation tests.
• Assist the Client's MCO team and its business unit during acceptance tests.
• Ensure the development of components for various maintenance tasks.
• Communicate to the Application Manager any potential issues between the needs analysis and the technical implementation.
• Escalate any unresolved issues to a higher level."
