The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and AWS Lambda. The role involves building high‑performance microservices, serverless solutions, and cloud‑native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem‑solving abilities, hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, and the capability to work collaboratively in an Agile setup.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable, and secure Java applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and deploy serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across backend systems.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with diverse data sources and third‑party services.
- Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with modern Java, cloud, and serverless technologies and incorporate best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- 5+ years of strong hands‑on experience in Core Java (Java 8+).
- Extensive experience in developing microservices using Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems.
- Solid understanding of AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda.
- Proven experience working with serverless architecture and deploying cloud‑native applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
- Experience with additional AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
