Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Architect and implement efficient and reusable backend systems for optimal performance.
• Write clean, well-designed, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize and troubleshoot applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills: 

• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) for full-stack development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge on AWS Deployment
• Familiarity with security best practices in backend development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or relevant certifications are a plus.
