The Position
We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join our core engineering teams across Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. You will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that power our key financial products and platforms.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for core financial products.
- Write production-grade code with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and testability.
- Work with distributed systems and ensure observability and performance across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver backend solutions that align with business and product goals.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
