We are looking for a strong and experienced Java API Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring-based microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend applications.
- Build and enhance microservices using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure proper documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement and maintain unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and support automated builds and deployments.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Follow best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- 3+ years of experience with Spring Framework and Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience in REST API design and development.
- Hands-on experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with JUnit for unit testing.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building and deploying applications on Azure Cloud.
