As a Java Back-end Developer at Julius Baer, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow professionally. You will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.YOUR CHALLENGEDevelop high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies, focusing on back-end development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Design, implement, and test back-end systems, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
Collaborate with senior developers and architects to ensure alignment with Julius Baer's overall architecture vision
Solid understanding of Java programming language and related technologies, such as Springboot and SQL (Oracle)
Experience with back-end development, including service-oriented architecture and RESTful services
Front-end skills is a plus
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Fluent English (oral and written) and Spanish would be a big plus
